This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Direct Conveyors, herein referred to as the “Company,” to the original purchaser and any subsequent owner (“Customer” or “You”) of the product(s). This document outlines the terms and conditions under which Direct Conveyors warrants its products for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment.

1) Coverage of Warranty

This Warranty covers defects in materials and artistry in products manufactured and sold by Direct Conveyors when used in accordance with the product’s intended purpose and instructions provided with the product. The Warranty is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date the product is shipped from Direct Conveyors’ facility, as indicated on the shipping documentation.

  • This Warranty is fully transferable without restriction. Any owner of the product during the warranty period is entitled to make a claim under these terms.
  • Products must be purchased directly from Direct Conveyors or through an authorized distributor or reseller.
2) What Is Covered
  • Defects that arise from normal, proper use of the product.
  • Failures due to faulty materials or workmanship.
  • Repair or replacement of the defective product or its components, at Direct Conveyors’ sole discretion.
3) What Is Not Covered

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage arising from misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, neglect, or unauthorized repair or modification.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance not in accordance with the instructions provided with the product.
  • Wear and tear from normal use, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • Products with altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers.
  • Damage caused by external causes, such as acts of nature, acts of war, or power surges.
4) Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, the Customer (whether original owner or any subsequent owner) must:

  1. Contact Direct Conveyors’ Technical Support Department within the warranty period, and within ten (10) days of discovery of the defect.
  2. Provide the Product’s serial number, description, and details about the alleged defect or failure, along with supporting documentation such as photos, videos or operation logs, if applicable.
  3. Upon receipt of notification, the Company will review the claim and, if deemed necessary, issue written instructions regarding the return or inspection of the Product or part in question.
  4. The customer is responsible for properly packaging and shipping the Product or parts to the Company’s designated location, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company will not be liable for damages incurred during return shipping.
  5. Direct Conveyors will assess the product and determine, at its sole discretion, whether the product is covered under this Warranty. If so, Direct Conveyors will repair or replace the product and return it to the Customer, freight prepaid. The Company reserves the right to use new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent parts.
  6. If the product is determined not to be defective or the defect isn’t covered by this Warranty, Direct Conveyors will inform the Customer and offer an estimate for repair or replacement, which will be at the Customer’s cost.
5) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Direct Conveyors’ liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall Direct Conveyors be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of data, whether arising from breach of warranty, contract, tort, or otherwise, even if Direct Conveyors has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or country to country.

6) Exclusions

This Warranty is void if:

  • The product has been repaired or altered by a third party not authorized by Direct Conveyors.
  • The product is used in combination with accessories, attachments, or ancillary equipment not provided or recommended by Direct Conveyors.
  • The product is operated outside of the stated environmental or electrical specifications.
7) Warranty for Replacement or Repaired Products

Any product or part replaced or repaired under this Warranty shall be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days from the date of shipment of the repaired or replacement product, whichever is longer. The transferability of this Warranty also applies to repaired or replacement products.

8) No Other Warranties

Except as expressly provided above, Direct Conveyors makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No representative, distributor, or reseller is authorized to modify or extend the terms of this Warranty on behalf of Direct Conveyors.

9) Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction where the product was purchased. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

10) Customer Responsibilities
  • The Customer is responsible for installation, use, and maintenance of the product in accordance with the product documentation.
  • The Customer must keep the original sales invoice and shipping documentation as proof of purchase and date of shipment.
  • The Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs associated with returning the product to Direct Conveyors for warranty service, except where prohibited by applicable law.

12) Severability

If any provision of this Warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13) Entire Agreement

This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between Direct Conveyors and the Customer with respect to the subject matter of this agreement. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the parties regarding the subject matter.

14) Modification

Direct Conveyors reserves the right to modify this Warranty at any time, effective for products purchased after the date of such modification.

By purchasing and accepting shipment of a product from Direct Conveyors, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Limited Warranty Certificate.
