Biflow Tables

Open Biflow Tables are excellent for accumulating a substantial quantity of parts. They are frequently employed to create a queue for parts, whether at the beginning or end of an operation. The geometry of the parts plays a crucial role in ensuring effective operation—round and evenly weighted parts are the most common candidates, but several variables need consideration to determine suitability. 

 

Modular Plastic Biflow Tables are the most common style constructed. Their ability to bring lanes into close proximity and low‑friction properties make accumulation effortless. 

Flat Top Chain Biflow Tables find their most common applications in demanding environments, notably within the Automotive Industry. These tables are commonly designed using low‑grade stainless steel, providing a highly durable and cost‑effective solution for part accumulation. 

FIFO Biflow Tables are an excellent choice for accumulating more complex parts. They are used where open tables may not be suitable due to part geometry or materials that could lead to frequent jams. By effectively controlling part flow and preventing excessive stacking, they are well‑suited for challenging accumulation tasks. 

 

Modular Plastic Bi‑flow Tables remain the most common style for FIFO setups, offering low friction and close lane spacing for smooth accumulation.  

Flat Top Chain FIFO Bi‑flow Tables are widely used in demanding environments such as automotive. Built with stainless steel for durability, they handle heavy parts and harsh conditions.
